Authentic Belgian Waffle
The “Liège Waffle” is the “common” Belgian waffle (the one you’ll find everywhere on the streets in Belgium). It is made with a “pearl sugar” imported from Belgium which caramelize throughout the waffle in the waffle-maker giving the “Liège Waffle” a sweet crunch.

A special sugar imported from Belgium is in the batter so our waffles are sweet (no need of syrup). We offer different flavors: Traditional, Cinnamon, Chocolate Chip, Gluten Free, and Vegan options are available.
Gluten Free and Vegan (Gluten Free) Waffles
Non-dairy & Gluten Free
For the ones who prefer to eat gluten free or vegan, we bake also our waffles with a gluten free flour and the vegan option. We keep our delicious recipe so you can enjoy a traditional, or non-dairy chocolate chips or cinnamon gluten free or vegan gluten free waffle. We also have non-dairy whipped cream.
